Radon is the second-leading cause of lung cancer in the United States. It is estimated that 22,000 deaths result annually from this harmful exposure. Knowing that this gas is in soil and can seep into your home, we feel it is our responsibility to protect you and your family the best we can. We install passive radon protection systems in each of the homes we build. This system allows soil gases, such as radon, that collect below and around your basement a safe escape route away from your home without jeopardizing exposure.

We install a mechanical air exchanger, or ventilation system, in our homes to improve air quality by exchanging the stale, polluted air from inside the home with fresh-filtered air from outside. The result is cleaner indoor air.
