Cobblestone Homes create beautiful homes that are energy efficient & environmentally friendly

Rolling Ridge Home built by Cobblestone HomesWhen you build a home, the most important goal is making sure it’s just right for you: a home that fits the way you live, reflects your style, and stays within your budget. Achieving that begins with the first decision you make -- selecting who will build it.

Cobblestone Homes has been building energy-efficient, healthy, and environmentally friendly homes in the tri-cities area since the early 2000s. We offer flexibility and personalization -- not stock solutions -- to ensure your new home perfectly suits your needs.

We can build on your homesite or in an area community. You can choose one of our pre-designed plans, modify an existing plan, or work with us to design your own.
